hmm.. i never thought this day will ever come to me.. i'm putting weight!! over the span of over 3 months i gained almost 6 kg. This is something that never happened to me before..
what to do? i think i need to do more exercise. but everyday lazy to do. when want to do exercise, i always have this feeling.. ahh.. tomorrow can still do.. so, keep postpone and postpone.. and until now, getting fat already.. padan muka.. haha.. but actually just putting more weight laa.. not really fat. so, can say getting more standard weight.. haha.. console myself.. :)
but thinking of the place where my weight go, i'm afraid it is at the wrong place.. which is my stomach.. aahhhhh.... i dont want to become 2nd master Wong (David)... ahhh.... so scary...!!
must be more strict to myself.. must do exercise means must do.. no more delay delay.. must also go for more badminton every week... "take master Wong as the target.. try to avoid becoming like him".. hmm.. this motivation should work!! haha..
