BLAcK ThuRsDAy !!

yesterday 7-Sep was a very unlucky day for us. we have a major power interruption and caused a lot of our systems down. our plant UPS having some problem.. auto-isolated one-by-one and left 2 units before it finally goes overload due to the high loading connected.

what a terrible situation that we face and required to recover. each and every engineers run up and down, left and right to check and manually start all the system that were down.

for myself, i start off to make sure the controls in the FMCS is back and the major systems are up before i proceed to run to the gas control room to check for the GDS PLC and then run into the subfab.. after resetting back one of the I/O panel that tripped, then i ran back to FMCS and proceed to run to the cold room chiller to reset back the chiller.

finally after most of the system are stabilized, i went up to 3rd floor to help on the exhausts changeovers and startups.

the event started at around 2:20pm and ended at around 9pm as this is the time we announce back to production of the full recovery.

after the 'war'.. we proceed to Pending Seefood (as usual whenever there is an emergency). and as usual also, Kok belaja... wah nice foods... especially the 'drunken prawns'... the soup is so 'kaw-kaw'...yummmyy....

after dinner was almost 11pm.. reach home terus tidur.. headache liaw.. haha..

what a day... !!
