last Friday we had dinner at Hornbill BBQ Steamboat. Liew belanja.. hehe.. i found the place without much problem. i reach there around 6.40pm. Alex is the only one there. we decide to start first. so hungry liaw.. hehe..

10 minutes later, Tony arrive and then others also arrive. this is the first time i had dinner here. the late comers seems to enjoy the food that we cooked. hmm.. so unfair.. but later we take turn to cook. actually i cook the first round and enjoy the food the remaining time there... let others do the cooking.. haha...

9.00pm we decided to call it a nite (for eating la). what a full stomach. i think Douglous is the best eater among us. eat and eat and eat.. nonstop.. Master Wong (David) also cannot fight!!

we move on the M3 for our game. that nite we played 2 games.. lost both but it is a close fight. i manage to kill some... 'dominating'... haha...

fuhhh...what a morning. wake up with a strained neck. must be my sleeping position is incorrect.

actually last nite i had so many rojak dreams. didn't actually sleep well. maybe too many worries make me think too much even when sleeping.. haha..

yipee!! today is friday. don't want to think too much today. just relax and tonite enjoy.. will go to horbill bbq steamboat for dinner as Liew (my colleague) belanja. this is to celebrate his first pay with the company. previously he was our company vendor. joined us a month ago. a very nice guy. leading the chemical section.

talking about hornbill steamboat, i'd never been there and dont really know how to go there. but after asking around and checking others blog that recommended the place, i felt confident i can find the place tonite.

after dinner, M3!! what's that?? M3 is our regular place every friday nite. it's actually a cybercafe. we play network games there. currently we are playing Dota, warcraft frozen throne. to be honest, among my frens, i'm the worst. always the victim for them to kill.. aaarrgghhh.... i'll had my revenge on them tonite.. hehe..

ok lah.. everyone have a happy friday and weekend ahead.. cheers..!!

hmm..what to do? most people panic and keep selling their shares. so, most of the shares are red.. continues the trend from last Friday.

i had sold mine off with quite a loss..aaarrrgghhh...very frustrated! just a last minute mistake, make me lose.. sh*t!!

i'll be cooling off these few days.. let the market settle down and will pick up some low price share to play.. no more budget to buy expensive shares liaw.. :(

TiReD & DiRtY DaY

as a reply to Patrick's "Hazzard Day 2", today me and my technician, Afiq or glamour name Bojeng continues the cleaning left over by Patrick's group the previous day.

the stomache actually is only a bit. the laziness to go for the training is actually the main reason. haha.. Patrick is rite about that. but i'm telling the truth.. i really had a stomache. hehe..

as for the root cause of the hazzard, i think Patrick maybe rite. so, it may be just dust after all. however, tomorrow we will investigate further as the area now is quite clean and not much hazzard to our health anymore.

hope tomorrow we can find the actual root cause and able to fix it.

whoever read this, on saturday (15-jul) i really had a stomache. i didnt lie.. haha..

D DaY

what is going on in the stock market?? today all red! i manage to make some in the morning but got caught in another sudden drop in the afternoon session. so very unlucky. hmm... this is so called greedy.

well, i think monday will be another day of reds.. like this i may 'r.i.p.' liaw loh... hopefully i can sell off the shares in hand early in the monday morning trade. frontkn is the share, sell is the game.

mY CoLleaGuEs

as promised, today i'm gonna write something about my colleagues in the office. i'll start off with my section, MEI.

head of our section is mr.KangPY. he's among the most good looking guys in the company..people say only, not contested so dono the truth (but i think true la.. if you see him, sure u agree). he has a few nicknames, 'q-mo', 'maggie-mee', 'kang hu po' (anchovy).. haha.. shh.. dont let him know, later i susah.. :)

next come to our cute little mr.PhuiVF (my boss). high, medium and low voltage manager. has the loudest voice in the office. it will never be a dull day if he's in the office. if not, it will be so quiet. then come our mr.Patrick. another tall handsome guy (no more available..hehe). boss of the mechanical systems.. joined the company at the same time with me...hmm.. that's 5 years ago.

next, we have all the 'kuncu-kuncu'.. Clement, Esty, Sweeling, AlanT, MengChiew, KongWH (the youngest) and myself.

move on to the UHPW section. we have the 'future director' as the head, mr.KongSL. he is my first boss when i joined 1st silicon (change name soon loh...). i should be thankful to him as he's the one who bring me to the working world. then we have Alvin, Alex, Liew, Tony, TsuiL, DavidW, Jonathan and Douglas. actually i'm much closer to this group people. why?? maybe the same hobby and interest.

now, we talk about ehs. we only have 4 staff in the entire section. Ismail, Rowena, Ms Lam and Mus.

lastly come our director, mr.Ken.C Lee. he's from taiwan. his surname is not Ken.. i think it's just a glamour name. haha... his full name is Lee Ken Chou. a very supportive and nice guy. our dept. had grown a lot under his management. we'll support him all the way.

hmm.. talked so much with no photos?? well, let me look around first. if i found any, i'll post them up. cheers...

TOdAy'S SuMmARy

hmm.. what did i do today? well, for a start i wake up at 6am and went straight to the restroom. took a bath and brush teeth. prepare for work and reach office at 7.05am.

checked my emails, login to my maybank2u account and make a queue to sell off my stocks. then go fo my morning meeting with my technicians. every morning at 7.30am, i'll have meeting with my technicians to discuss things that happened, update on work done, problems and issues.

after the meeting, it's back to the ordinary workplace facing the same pc i'm facing right now. well, cut the details of what i do in the morning(as not much had been done, except followups). had my lunch with my colleagues (Alex & Liew) at the cafeteria. food there is not so good (lousy) but very cheap compare to outside. so, for cost savings, eat inside.. haha...

after lunch, as usual feel sleepy. continue the boring daily life in the office with paperwork and followups. today had a discussion meet with the dinamik consolteq guy (chemical network system improvement discussion). had almost 1.5 hours of discussion. very interesting and meaningful (at least).

back to office workplace and check on my stock sell status.. very disappointed as the price i queued early this morning not even reach. so, no choice i have to downgrade and luckily it was sold-off. only made a little. lesson learn - do not be greedy, gain a little is also gaining.

now, late in the evening already. only left a few guys in the office. i'm still facing the pc. feel like want to go off already. i'm always among the earliest to come and among the late ones to go.

ok then.. cya. want to go liaw. tomoro i will blog on my colleagues. want to know more about them? wait.... ;)

wiNniNG StReaK!!

nothing to blog actually, just wanna share something i got from klse. market has not been doing well for the past 2 months and now it is starting to stabilize (seems to me it is lah..)

i had tried to start something new, which is to buy stocks in volume at lower price and sell within a day or so, after it goes up a bit (half a cent will do).

is there any risk to it? yes! everything has its own risk. for the method i use, the risk is a drop of even half a cent will cost a lot as i buy in volume. however, risk of getting big loss is reduced as the margin for the stock price to go down a lot is not much as the initial price is already very low.

blah blah... it is something boring and non-interesting as you wont earn much. well, for low capital investment, this is a very good way to earn $ (at least i think so).

i had tried this for a week, and i'm on a winning streak!! not much did i gained but at least still earning.. :)

having said all the above, buying stocks must come with detailed analysis too. buy stocks blindly will always burn ownself. so, be smart when choosing a stock and selling it at a right price.

hmm..today can be considered as "BLoG DaY" in our office. i'd just created my first blog, so does Alvin. Patrick is already updating his 2nd posting, followed by his wife.

suddenly the blogging fever errupted in the office. well, it's something fun to do. and hopefully this fun can have unexpected fortune waiting in the future.. heheh..

enough blogging for the day..eyes are sore due to watching world cup this morning. better go back earlier and sleep early.

the losing team, France (which i prefer more) had their moments and chances of winning but to no luck..hmm.. the most sad thing is the sending off of a living legend, zizou (Zinadine Zidane). what a way to end his international career..

nevertheless the home team, Germany had shown its potential as a serious contender for the title but has been beaten by the eventual champions, Italy!

hopefully next world cup will be more interesting and maybe an underdogs capturing the title? :)

enough about all the MCs, black eyes, sleepiness at work..it's time to go back to our daily routine and move forwards...
