good to be back at the 4th spot. last week manage to get quite a high points but still not the highest of the week though.. just 1 point behind the top team of the week.

this week hope momentum will continues and rack in more point from the players of my choice.

last week was totally a failure for me !! 4 players not playing.. really disappointing. position drop from 6th to 7th.. ahh.. nevermind.. this week is revenge week !!

last week is a rest for the epl. this week resume and i expect to do better this week. the previous game week i got a very disappointed total points. i dropped from 4th to 6th. such a disgrace !!

no problem though.. this week my bet is on Arsenal players.. thierry henry, RV Persie, Rosicky, Gallas, Fabregas and Djourou !! Six Arsenal players.. you all better get the job done.. haha...!!

DoTA

last saturday we had our usual weekly dota game at m3. basically this time, me (popiah) and alan (4k) lost to alvin (alabin) and alex (123) - in ( ) are the nicknames of us in the game..

we had 4 games, 1 win, 2 losts and 1 draw for us. this take our table tally to even now.. each team had 17 pts now. ini mana ada syiok !! never had continuous wins.. this week win, next week lost back.. always back to even.. maiku...!! this week must start a winning streak.. determination can win the game.. haha.. hope my partner, 4k ready for it !!

to be honest, i think the games that we played are getting closer and closer.. not like previously where i'm always the noob and got killed easily.. now at least i can defend and kill too... !! haha...!!

this saturday we will battle it out again. hope for the best..!!

"kita minum dulu !!" haha.. a familar phrase from a TV ad. well, that's what i'm doing now. drink !! haha.. not alcohol laa.. just soft drinks.. siaw meh.. working where can drink.. later happy hour can laa..

all the soft drinks that i have here on my desk are from my colleauges. why they give me?? well, they didnt give.. they pay me.. yess.. they pay me because they lost to me in the fantasy football games.. just like Francis Kujat previously lost to me (see previous post, 100plus).. i getting diabetes already.. haha..

just my luck to win so many.. dont envy me ok ?!! this week i expect to get more from my colleagues.. yeeehaaaa...!!!

BoNuS !!

working here for more than 5 years, seen a lot of changes, but the yearly bonus that we had never change.. always a little bit only. it's all performance based though.. the better you perform, the more you get. last year i got 1 month bonus.. this year some changes. it's quarterly base bonus.

why i talk on the bonus?? well, i'll be getting our 2nd quarter bonus next week.. haha... feel a bit happy about the news. at least got some reward for all my hardwork and sacrifices to the company. not a lot but at least can cover some of my expenses..

hope company under new management team will be able to be successful and more bonuses to come.. and hope it's bigger bonuses.. :)

5D RePoRT WeeK

last week was officially my 5D reports week !! why you might ask ?? well, last week was full of incidents in the company. i had sleepless nights not because the incidents happened during midnight or early in the morning.. but sleepless because thinking of how to answer to production people on the root cause of the incidents and actions to be taken to prevent the future incidents.. that's the more headache portion.

went in to the production morning meeting is like going to a battle field. must wear the bullet proof jacket... if not, sure got lubang-lubang in the body after come out... haha...

so many incidents that make my life for the past one week like a hell.. hope this week will be better.

only today i had my chance to sit down a bit longer to even write tis blog.. haha.. everyone is chasing after me for things.. everyone say urgent.. i delay a bit, they say i dont do my work.. ahh... F**k them !!

i always say to myself.. it's just work.. nothing to be personal about it.. so, i dont want tis to interfere with my daily emotion and feeling.. if not, sooner or later i'll be the member of 'tanjong rambutan'... haha...
